To get rid of mulch or leaf stains, apply soap or vinegar to the surface and scrub with a brush in circular motions. Rinse the solution away with a low-pressure rinse. If the stain still persists, mix one capful of bleach with one gallon of hot water. Scrub the bleach solution on the stain with little circular motions. Allow the solution to sit on the stain for 30-minutes and wash away with hot water.

Oil Cleaning Tips:

Grease and oil spots are a common problem, where cars and trucks may be sitting in one spot for a long amount of your time. If you see oil spilled on your parking lot, blot up as much of the oil. Put kitty litter on the stain overnight to soak up as much oil as possible. When the oil is soaked up sweep the kitty litter away. If the stain persists, try using a commercial grade degreaser. Follow the directions on the bottle and scrub the degreaser into the stain to break down the oil and rinse away with hot water.
